U nastojanju pravovremenog o\u010duvanja mentalnog zdravlja adolescenata, mogu\u0107e je i potrebno identifikovati one grupe pojedinaca koji su izlo\u017eeni odre\u0111enim rizi\u010dnim faktorima, ta\u010dnije, onim faktorima koji pove\u0107avaju verovatno\u0107u naru\u0161avanja kvaliteta njihovog \u017eivota i mentalnog zdravlja. Isto tako, po\u017eeljno je identifikovati za\u0161titne faktore koji bi mogli da o\u010duvaju mentalno zdravlje adolescenata i da predstavljaju snagu onima koji su izlo\u017eeni odre\u0111enim faktorima rizika.\n\nAdolescencija je najuticajniji period za formiranje sopstvenog identiteta, a osobe suo\u010dava sa brojnim preprekama i pritiscima. Mladi se u tom periodu nalaze na raskrsnici puteva po pitanju mnogih odluka, od kojih su neke: dru\u0161tvo i partneri, \u0161kolovanje i uspeh, sport i treniranje, muzi\u010dki pravac, ode\u0107a koja predstavlja njihovu li\u010dnost, rekreacija i hobiji, budu\u0107e zanimanje, porodi\u010dni odnosi itd. Ukratko, adolescencija je period postavljanja temelja i definisanja sopstvenog \u017eivota i kako bi on trebalo da izgleda.\n\nIstra\u017eivanje koje je sproveo Dray sa saradnicima (2014) ukazuje na naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e rizi\u010dne faktore za razvoj psihi\u010dkih pote\u0161ko\u0107a u adolescentskom dobu: izolacija od dru\u0161tva, vr\u0161nja\u010dki, porodi\u010dni i \u0161kolski problemi, intenzivne \u0161kolske obaveze i stres, nizak nivo samopo\u0161tovanja i naru\u0161ena slika o sebi, izlo\u017eenost zlostavljanju ili zanemarivanju, rana seksualna aktivnost, kao i rizi\u010dna pona\u0161anja poput konzumacije alkohola i psihoaktivnih supstanci. Nastanak stresnog \u017eivotnog doga\u0111aja ili odre\u0111ene vrste traume tako\u0111e doprinosi naru\u0161avanju mentalnog zdravlja osobe i uti\u010de na njen \u017eivotni tok.\n\nPrimenom programa za podsticanje ve\u0161tina kod dece i adolescenata mogu\u0107e je uticati na razli\u010dite ishode u njihovom \u017eivotu, kao \u0161to su nivo i uspe\u0161nost edukacije, zaposlenost, prihodi, zloupotreba narkotika, te porodi\u010dna stabilnost (Farrington &amp; Welsh, 2008). Istra\u017eivanja ukazuju na to da se problematikom mentalnog zdravlja dece i adolescenata ne bavi samo zdravstvo, ve\u0107 da brojni drugi sektori tako\u0111e usmeravaju svoje delovanje ka prevenciji i sanaciji ovog problema (Kieling, Baker-Henningham, et al., 2011).\n\nNa\u0161a misija je kontinuirano pru\u017eanje podr\u0161ke i pomo\u0107i deci i adolescentima putem odre\u0111enih aktivnosti i radionica, sa namerom ja\u010danja i pobolj\u0161anja njihovog mentalnog zdravlja. \u010cine\u0107i jedno dete sre\u0107nim, nasmejali smo ceo svet!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our mission is to continuously provide support and assistance to children and adolescents through activities and workshops, which aim to strengthen and improve their mental health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Literatura:<\/em><br>Dray, J., Bowman, J., Freund, M., Campbell, E., Wolfenden, L., Hodder, R.
